Auto Engines

Treatment of auto engines and its parts

Heat engines derived from automobiles and other vehicles contain high amounts of metals inside them, such as Aluminum or Iron depending on the type of engine, Brass from the gearbox, Copper from starter motors, etc.
For this reason, engines are increasingly being processed to obtain secondary raw materials. This treatment must be preceded by a reclamation process to remove all the oils and liquids contained within them. Requiring the disassembly of some parts, reclamation also has the function of carrying out an initial dimensional reduction and separation of the parts. At this point the resulting parts can be processed and shredded by our MINIMILL and DIMILL Hammer Mills. The addition of an intermediate step with a primary shredder or motor splitter can facilitate mill processing, increasing productivity and reducing consumption and wear.
