Electric Motors

Electric motors are an increasingly present waste in the world scene and their treatment is very important and profitable as they are 98% recyclable and contain precious metals such as Aluminum, Copper and Steel. However, they present critical issues due to some very complex parts to be processed that wear out the machinery used. Mills designed for crushing electric motors must therefore be extremely strong and durable to withstand the stresses they are subjected to. Our MINIMILL and DIMILL mills are designed with grates, rotors and hammers of the best materials and with increased thicknesses that increase the strength and durability of the machine. Pre-treatment by hand or with a primary grinder, designed to break down the motor beforehand and perhaps already remove the “harder” parts, can help preserve the mill’s wear parts and increase its efficiency and productivity.
