Sheet Metal and Pantograph
Sheet metal and pantograph processing machines
Sheet metals in general are metal sheets of varying thickness, produced by rolling and sold in sheets or coils. They are used for various applications in all manufacturing sectors. Remnants of sheet metal processing, such as pantographs resulting from laser cutting or scrap pieces from stamping operations, are considered high-quality scrap because they are free of contaminants, but their shape and high thicknesses make them complicated to transport and recycle. It is therefore important to be able to reduce their volume so that they can be fed back into the production cycle in a sustainable way. This is where our DELTA twin-shaft shredder comes to the rescue, which can shred sheets up to 25/30mm thick thanks to its high torque.
